TERMITE INSPECTIONS
(Wood Destroying Insect inspections or WDI Reports)

We specialize in WDI reports and strive to perform the best inspections in town.
Each inspection takes around 4 hours and includes:

• Inspection for a variety of wood destroying insects including Subterranean Termites, Drywood Termites, Carpenter Ants, Beetles, and Wood Borers
• Inspection of interior, exterior, and attic
• Inspection with moisture meter to search for leaks or moisture problems - a conducive condition for termites and wood destroying insects

*We inspect slab houses only - Our wives won't let us crawl under houses anymore!

TERMITE TREATMENTS

We offer traditional liquid treatments as well as baiting solutions depending on the situation

Liquid Chemical Treatment

• We use either or to create a chemical barrier between your house and possible termite entry points
• Treatment takes around 3-5 hours
• Comes with 1 year renewable warranty
• Annual inspection with warranty renewal
• We have had great success with both Premise and Termidor and have found liquid treatments to be the best solution most of the time
  

Termite Baiting Systems

• We place termite bait stations around the structure to both monitor and treat termite activity
• Inspected monthly
• 1 year warranty with annual renewals
